Most thermostats overshoot, then overcorrect.
A conventional thermostat waits until the room is outside a wide band, runs the equipment hard until it overshoots, then shuts off and starts again. That burns fuel and wears out boilers and compressors years early.

Predictive, per room
Room sensors, occupancy and the weather forecast feed a model of your building, which schedules longer, gentler runs that hold the target. At our pilot site that meant 44% fewer boiler ignitions.

- Monitoring
- Multi-building, multi-zone dashboard with live thermostat state, room and pipe sensors, occupancy, 24-hour history, outdoor weather, and per-device alarms.
- Scheduling
- Set weekly occupied hours and heat/cool targets. Thermofi preheats and precools ahead of them and respects presence overrides without wiping manual adjustments.
- Occupancy
- Presence sensors per room, rolled up per zone for setbacks and unoccupied overrides, with CO₂-based detection where deployed.
- Direct control
- Change mode, setpoints and deadband from the console, applied to every thermostat in the zone.
- Device fleet
- Provisioning by SMS code, over-the-air firmware updates, high-resolution telemetry, and remote device logs.
- Installer tools
- An admin console for deadbands, thermal models, device assignment and engineering schedules, with links into the customer view for support.
